Rhondi M. Dahl, Executive Vice President

Rhondi Dahl joined Ashford Advisors in 1989, three years into her career in the financial services industry. During her career with Ashford Advisors, she has held various positions within the firm. Her responsibilities have been as varied as the training and development of associates to working with prominent brokers in Georgia and Alabama in advanced case design for estate planning and business continuity planning. In 2004, she was promoted to Executive Vice President of Recruiting and Selection, a role she continues to serve in today.

As the Executive Vice President of Recruiting and Selection, Rhondi is integral in creating and managing the various stages, progress, and relationship with each candidate in our process. Through Ashford’s extensive selection process, Rhondi meets with potential candidates, oversees the testing and profiling, and develops a candidate stream of potential associates to expand Ashford’s professional sales force. Her work in these areas has led to Ashford Advisors’ retention of associates to consistently be well above the industry average.

In addition to recruiting, Rhondi is actively involved in coaching and training Ashford’s associates in the areas of business management, activity and goal planning, and call reluctance. She is a Certified Instructor and Coach of MGA (Managing Goal Achievement) by Ron Willingham and The Psychology of Sales Call Reluctance by Behavioral Sciences Research Press. She is also a Certified Coach of Integrity Coaching by Integrity Solutions, and is an Instructor and Coach in The One Card System by Al Granum.

Rhondi is a member of the Ravinia Club in Atlanta and volunteers with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and The Atlanta Dog Squad (ADS). She is also a member of eWomenNetwork. Rhondi and her husband reside in Peachtree Corners, where they have lived since 1989. They have two daughters, Katie and Hannah.
