Linda C. Miller, CLU®, ChFC®, ACS, AIAA, AIRC**

Linda joined Ashford Advisors in February 1977 in an administrative sales support position for seven associates. Over the years she has worked in various positions including Executive Assistant to the General Agents, Director of Operations, New Business Manager and Brokerage Assistant. In 2001 she transitioned to the Investment Area as the Equity New Business Desk coordinator before assuming her current position as Agency Compliance Officer and Registered Principal.

Linda attended the University of Georgia in 1968 and 1969 and earned her Bachelor of Arts from Georgia State University in Journalism and English in 1971. In 1976 she completed post graduate work at Georgia State to earn her secondary education teaching certificate. Linda holds the Chartered Life Underwriter^® (CLU^®) and Chartered Financial Consultant^® (ChFC^®) designations from the American College. In addition, Linda has earned designations for Associate Customer Service (ACS), Associate Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA), and Associate Insurance Regulatory Compliance (AIRC) from the Life Office Management Association. She has twice served on the textbook committee for the Associate Customer Service designation and has been a member of the exam review committee for over 10 years. Linda holds insurance licenses for Life, Accident & Sickness, and Variable products. She holds the Series 6, 63, 7, 65 and 24 securities licenses.

A native Atlantan, Linda was born and raised on the south side of the city. In 2000 she moved to Dunwoody where she is an active member of her community and is involved in several organizations including Dunwoody United Methodist Church, Dunwoody Homeowners Association, Daughters of the American Revolution and Adrenaline Fitness Center. She is a lifetime member of Weight Watchers.

Linda enjoys reading, music, weight training, Pilates and spending time with family.
