Fred C. (Lee) Evans, III

Lee Evans joined Ashford Advisors in 2008 with a firsthand knowledge and understanding of the Ashford process. Having been a client of the firm for several years, he saw great value and benefit in Ashford’s comprehensive approach to financial services. With Lee’s desire to share his experience as a client and help others develop their own financial roadmaps as well as becoming a business owner, he decided to enter the financial services career as an Associate at Ashford Advisors.

Prior to joining Ashford Advisors, Lee spent nearly nine years with VNS Corporation, a leading building materials supplier headquartered in Vidalia, Georgia. At VNS, he held a pro-sales position in which he managed over $5 million in business. In his last three years in pro-sales, he had over $4 million in sales and was also the runner up in total sales in 2006. Lee helped to establish and manage the military housing portion of VNS, which at one time made up nearly one-third of the total business in Lee’s division.

Lee graduated from the University of Georgia in 1995 with a Political Science degree.

Lee and his wife, Jennifer, live in Vidalia, Georgia where they are raising their two children, Rebecca and Chamlee. They are members of Vidalia First United Methodist Church. Lee is an avid sports man, enjoying golf, fishing, and hunting, but the most important part of his life is his family.
