W. Kirby Arnall, CLU® Becomes Life and Qualifying Member of the Industry's Million Dollar Round Table

ATLANTA, March 2006 – W. Kirby Arnall, CLU® recently qualified for the insurance and financial services industry’s Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) for the tenth time, making him a life and qualifying member of the prestigious organization. To become a lifetime member of the organization, a financial service professional must qualify on ten separate occasions, though it does not require ten consecutive years.

When he entered this industry in 1988, Kirby set his goal to qualify for MDRT, using it as a benchmark for his success. He started with Matrix Insurance Agency in 1988 as the Vice President of the Planning and Benefits Department. In 1995, he became an owner of Matrix. He continues to head the Planning and Benefits Department of Matrix, which is affiliated with Ashford Advisors in Atlanta, Georgia.

“The first time I qualified [for MDRT], I knew I had a good year, but it still came as a bit of a surprise. I had worked hard to get there, and was thrilled to be considered among the top professionals in this industry” remarked Kirby. “Consistency means an awful lot in this career. Becoming a life and qualifying member of MDRT has given me a great deal of satisfaction and assurance of my success in this industry. I hope to continue this success long into the future”

Within the industry, Kirby is involved in several organizations. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Kirby also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designation from the American College.

Kirby was born and raised in Newnan, Georgia, where his family has been in the insurance business since 1922. Kirby attended Hampden-Sydney College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1987. Active in his community, Kirby is a member of Central Baptist Church and the Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce. He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The Heritage School. In addition, he coaches youth baseball and soccer.
