Faith Ruchti

Faith Ruchti serves as the Executive Assistant to Camille Snyder, Managing Partner and General Agent at Ashford Advisors. In her role, Faith leverages her strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills to support the firm's leadership and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for advisors and clients. She is passionate about serving others and values the opportunity to play a meaningful role in helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals.

Originally from Bossier City, Louisiana, Faith lived in the Metro Jackson area before recently relocating to Atlanta, Georgia. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Graphic Design from Mississippi College in May 2023. Her educational background, combined with her professional experience, has equipped her with a strong foundation in communications, project management, and community engagement.

Before joining Ashford Advisors, Faith served as a Client Relations Specialist with Gallagher. She most recently worked as the Public Relations and Special Events Coordinator for the Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi, where she successfully managed fundraising initiatives and community outreach efforts. Among her proudest accomplishments was leading the organization's signature Bacchus Ball, helping raise more than $100,000 through the support of a dedicated committee of Metro Jackson volunteers, making it one of the foundation's most successful fundraising events.

Outside of the office, Faith enjoys pursuing a variety of creative and active interests. She enjoys needlepoint, attends barre classes, loves live music, and is an enthusiastic reader. One of her favorite novels, The Five-Star Weekend by Elin Hilderbrand, reflects her appreciation for meaningful relationships and the lasting impact they have on our lives.
