Farrah Abernathy

In June of 2019, Farrah was introduced to Ashford Advisors. Drawn to a new career path, she decided to join the Engler Team shortly after meeting Elie and Jenny; she was excited to learn more about the financial field and work with a high-energy, welcoming team.

Farrah was born in Fairfax, Virginia but calls Brunswick, Georgia her hometown. A graduate of the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance. With almost ten years’ experience in the performing arts and entertainment industries, Farrah remains passionate about dance, dance education, and choreography and in 2019, was named Youth America Grand Prix Outstanding Choreographer for Atlanta.

Currently, Farrah resides in Cumming with her husband, Justin, and dogs, Belle and Finley. Farrah and Justin are also expecting their first child in May of 2024. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, staying active, exploring nature, spending time with friends and family, and reading. Farrah's hobbies also include running a successful Instagram page dedicated to sharing her love of books and volunteering at her local library. Her family shows their passion for the community through supporting nonprofit organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Compassion International, Youth Outreach Atlanta, City of Refuge, and Annandale Village where Farrah serves on the Marketing Committee. Farrah is excited for this new chapter in her life and feels very blessed to be a part of the Engler Team.
