Joe Kennedy is the Vice President of The Z Group. He is a lifelong athlete passionate about developing his professional skills and building long-lasting relationships with his clients. He is always striving for excellence and having a tangible impact on the lives of his clients by empowering them to turn their dreams and ideas into action through a coordinated and comprehensive financial strategy.

Joe’s goal is to develop strategies to protect those things most important to clients – their lives and livelihoods. He helps them develop a plan to achieve financial balance through effectively managing cash flow and accumulating wealth. They then track and adjust the strategies as needed over the course of the relationship. By working together, clients achieve a sense of confidence in their financial lives like never before.
Joe is a proud Georgia native and calls Gainesville GA, home. He attended Oglethorpe University where he excelled on the basketball court as well as in the classroom. He was a 1000 point scorer and a 2-time all conference (SCAC) player. Sports and coaching have always been a big part of his life and he enjoys being able to use the leadership and coaching skills he developed during his athletic career as an advisor.
Today, he does not play much basketball and his kickball days are behind him. Because of that, his knees are grateful. In his free time, he golfs, reads, and enjoys time spent with his wife, Angie. One of their favorite things to do is enjoy new foods and restaurants (read - eat).
